Our Service Guarantee
We make every attempt to ensure you are satisfied with your experience at WAREHOUSE SALON. In the event you are not completely satisfied please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.
Service Adjustments
We do offer adjustments if you are unhappy with your service. Color adjustments must be done by the original stylist that performed your service unless requested otherwise, and within 7 days of original appointment. After 7 days you are subject to a color service fee. Any adjustments must be a mistake from their service provider, not something you might have changed your mind on after the service has been performed. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON SERVICES.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of scheduled service. Cancellations with less than 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of scheduled service. If you need to cancel on a day we are closed, please contact your stylist via Instagram.
Your payment information will be safely stored in our database for if this occasion does ever occur.
Late Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule at a future date and you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service(s) you were scheduled for that day. If you are scheduled for multiple services that day and your stylist is only able to complete one of these services, you will still be responsible for paying a 50% fee of the service that was unable to be completed due to client's lateness.
Product Return Policy
We are happy to return any retail products you have purchased within 7 days of original purchase. No cash value is given, however an in-store credit will be issued.
Privacy Policy
Your private information, including but not limited to appointment history, payment details, and/or health concerns, will be securely stored in our salon database. It will not be misused or shared outside of the organization.
